On the golf course a few months ago, I had noticed a friend's game had improved vastly since I played him not so long before. When questioned it turned out that he had purchased a new Adams driver. I thought I have to get myself one of these and maybe my game will step up a gear too. So I hit the local stores.

While in one store, admiring new clubs and their high price tags, I over heard a conversation about buying used Adams drivers. A light bulb lit up in my brain and I quickly decided that when I returned home I would check out the Internet to make price comparisons and to see what is available pre-owned.

I specifically wanted used Adams drivers and my first search of an auction site revealed quite a selection of used equipment. I started bidding on two clubs, the Adams Redline 460 Dual and the Adams Ti 460 adjustable with the aldila nv-65s shaft. Suffice it to say, in my excitement, I won both auctions, however, I wanted to experience them both and I could re-sell one if need be.

After playing with both used Adams drivers, I have to say, I loved them both and my game improved dramatically and consistently. The adjustments on the Ti didn't seem to affect my game by any degree but the club is a joy to play with as is the 460 Dual.
